The Ugly Betty star announced that she was engaged for the 3rd time, this time to Jim Skrip.

Williams shared the happy news during an appearance on The Queen Latifah Show recorded Friday and set to air Tuesday. Williams appeared to promote the Los Angeles engagement of her Broadway play, The Trip to Bountiful.
