This man killed his best friend, fed his penis to his dogs... claimed his friend tried to abuse him sexually

According to Daily Mail, a drunk man confessed to shooting and chopping off the Manhood of his best friend simply because he touched him sexually.  Mario Alberto Lizalde Reyes, 25, and his friend Mario Hernandez Banda, 24 were walking his dog when the they started arguing. Reyes said that Banda had tried to touch him 'in a sexual way'.. see below Reyes confession on Television

"'We were both drunk and he tried touching me in a sexual way.

'After pushing him off, he went to urinate in an alley so I followed him, pulled out my gun and shot him in the head.'I then took his knife off him and chopped off his penis as punishment and put it in a bag.But my dog was next to me and was sniffing at it so I decided to give it to him and he ate it
By the next day when his eyes was clear of the alcohol, he realized that he had done a very big wrong to his friend and he decided to go confess his sins. He admitted killing his friend according to the police and he regrets his action...
