According to TMZ, Busta Rhymes has suffered a head injury. This happened during a stage performance in NewYyork, The rapper fell off Webster Hall Stage on Friday morning while he was performing for his fans. We hope the injury was not that much as the rapper could not return to the stage after rushing to the back stage to get the wounds treated immediately he fell.
