An iranian woman who killed a man that tried to rape her has been convicted despite every international plee to save her life. according to mirror uk, the woman who goes by the name Reyhaneh Jabbar in a tehran jail today. reason been that it cannot be seen as rape but murder according to an intelligent agent.
human rights group already called the iranian judiciary to halt the execution after claiming her execution came after a deeply flawed investigation. the deceased family did not accept less but chose to have her hanged to death.
Hassiba Hadj Sahraoui of Amnesty were really disappointed they went on with the punishment of a deaths sentence and has been recorded as another bloody stain for the iranians
even with this case, the iranians still believed in a death sentence if any of such occurs on their land no matter what the world thinks or say.
for us, death sentence is cruel and inhuman and is considered as unfair even in our country although a recent case was given with the 12 soldiers who conspired to have there boss murdered.
for the iranians who still went ahead with such a punishment not minding what the world thinks leaves a huge questions if there was nothing more to it and as well made it more tragic that the poor woman lost her live in that manner which she was convicted.
